The Supernatural Protection Agency was Established in the early 13 Hundreds in order to keep all the Paranormals of the world under order, to start with it consited of two seperate agency's. The Vampire Protection legal which helped keep the vampire legend a myth and the Paranormal Protection Agancy which consisted of most Humans and Hunters trying to keep the Supernatural's under control without out right killing them. but in the 14 Hundreds the Supernatural Agency combined both in order to make the Supernatural Protection Agency with different Divisions. Vampire Division, Werewolf Division, Other Worldly Division and the Council. Futher on in the future; around 19 Hundreds the Division were almost broken and it was easier to pair agencys into mixed groups in order to cover more ground.
